Also, you left out disc brakes in your post. A guy on my club ride asked me yesterday when I was going to retire my 5 year old CF bike. When I asked why I would do that, he said that I was still running obsolete brakes.
But you've always got that elegant, lightweight and aero seatpost to fall back on. Sadly, you are awesome Marigold jacket deficient.
