Get yourself a narrow-wide chainring. If you have a 46T FSA Pro Road chainring (as the internet cannot locate a Pro combat chainring) then it's pinned and ramped for shifting-- which is basically the worst option.
USAMade can have you sorted on the cheap. Plenty of other options if you want to spend more.
The ramps are probably what appear to be broken teeth.
