My first road bike purchase at a local estate sale and I almost walked away from this $30 Pina. I'm a noob at cycling and decided to buy this unknown to me bike just for the Ideale saddle. Glad I brought this home that day.
Picture is in as found condition, dusty and with dry rot gum wall tires. I even came close to selling this frame set but was advised by some members here not to. I may never find another Columbus SL tubing Pinarello in Glass Black paint.
This came with a mixture of parts: Cinelli stem with Italmanubri Mod. Europa Super Racing bars. Universal levers w/Super77 brakes, Campagnolo NR seat post and front derailer. Ideal 92 leather saddle, Ofmega BB crank 52/42, Ofmega composite levers, Ofmega composite rear derailer. Ofmega CX pedals. Specialized head set, Specialized F/R 36h hubs with 13-21 rear cogs, wheelsmith spokes on Mavic MA40 clincher rims. I have narrowed my search on this frame to an 85' Pinarello Treviso. Its 58cm C to C and in my size.
