Yeah, definitely this.... I lost nearly 70 lbs in a few years (from 245 to 178) through a combination of non-maniacal bike commuting/riding and getting as close to organic/vegan as I can. Gained back nearly 20 lbs from cola and candy habit.... Time to increase one and decrease the other!
