I did pull over in my car and ask a rider if he needed help, said his wife was on the way.

For personal repairs, I gashed a sidewall less than a mile into a ride. I turned around and the sealant almost got me back with no walking. Other than that, I didn't have a single road/trail side anything all year. A running stroller got a flat once, does that count?
