I wonder if I would have done "better" with a bike test but oh well. Not something I'd want to do too often!
What HR did you hit on the running test and what is the highest HR you have ever hit cycling?

my gut tells me he won't make it as far, will wind up with a lower number, and the difference will not be more than the difference between a cycling v running test for someone who is fit/adapted at both.
mattm, tetenrider and I need you to do at least 4 more VO2max tests in crossover design
