4x8' at vo2max on the trainer this evening. Felt better than I thought I would! I haven't done these in a while and was worried I'd feel blocked up. I've been struggling with efforts above threshold lately. Started off conservatively but then came within 7w of my best on the last one. First three I aimed for roughly 105%, last one was 111% (though I haven't really had a good ftp estimate since team camp).
