you neglected to answer my questions. Just because it isnít a SLX framed Bianchi or perhaps a Bianchi at all doesnít it isnít a decent frame. But only more details can tell for sure.

Donít blame the previous owner it is quite possible he bought the bike as it now sits. It is also possible the person who painted and added the decals did so with no evil intent. People who couldnít afford a new bike or didnít want to buy one sometimes painted what they had to match a sponsorís brand.
