I'm Roger, and I'm a Clyde!!! I've shrunk due to injuries, from 6'3" to 6'1". My weight is ridiculous, but I had weight loss surgery to give me a better start. 20 plus years ago, I first heard of the Clydesdale designation and I approved then, At 6'3" and about 230, I was strong, fast and could keep up with many skinny weight weenie types, if not flat out beat them. No matter my weight, I will always be a Clyde. I've lost nearly 100 pounds total, some before surgery, majority since. And my bike on the trainer has become my favored "weapon". I have knee and ankle problems, so elliptical and treadmill are not primary choices, the recumbent gym bikes don't provide the same level of workout my bike on the trainer provide me. I'm able to push past the 85% heart rate on my bike, and stay in the fat burning cardio range longer.

Yeah, I'm a Clyde. Tough if you have a problem with that..
