I used to love riding after dark. I think I still would if I was riding in a populated area. I get the willies riding in no man's land in the dark, and alone.
Lots of loose dogs around here.
Very frightening when you can only hear them running, and not knowing if there's a fence.
I still do a full moon ride every once in a while, but stick to roads I've never seen a dog on.
Of course, the last time I did that, there was a dog where I had never seen one
