  1. Complete 10 or more race days (this is a team requirement)
  2. Increase FTP 15%
  3. Compete in Masters Track Nationals at Velo Sports Center and podium in both the 2k pursuit and 500 meters.
  4. Qualify for the 2020 road world time trial championships
