Norelco. I still have and occasionally use an old school cordless rotary floating head Norelco with hedge trimmer on the flip side. Works fine. Remington microscreen were good too but doesn't reach nooks and crannies quiet as easily as the Norelco.

No nicks, no cuts, no razor burn, no ingrown hairs.

When I had to shave my face daily (partly to ensure proper respirator fit) I switched between razors and electric shavers. I'd never go back to razors. Besides taking longer they're less forgiving of skin imperfections. My jaw has scars from sports injuries and even the best razor will nick the scar tissue and I'll waste time stopping the bleeding. Never a problem with good electric shavers.
