Some questions:

1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Rode bike is a Trek 2200
Mountain bike is a Trek 3500

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
GNC Mega Men

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I have slowed down very little.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
I bike in my younger years up until I got married after that I did a lot of hiking. I got back into biking about a year ago. Now I can't get enough of it.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Short rec rides mostly

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

I mostly commute to work 11 miles round trip. On the weekends I try to ride 20+ a day with 31 miles my max for 1 trip. So far this year I have about 1800 miles. I live in Vermont so it's a little hard to ride in the winter.

Perhaps you might indicate your age on your reply??
