Lots of Hottness potential, but lots of work to be done:

shifter location - move 'em up
bartape - white is hot, and will match the saddle and decals
bar/brake lever setup - seriously.
seat height - low seat heights are never hot.
rear rack - hot if chrome or colour matched. Best if paired with a front matching one and matching fenders.
pedals - reflectors are never hot. Clips and straps (with white leather straps perhaps?) required for hottness on road/sporty bikes.
tires - dry rot ain't hot. High quality skinwalls = hot. I'd get Grand Bois or Challenge in a 28c. Mmmm, comfy and fast.
