Cool! Yeah, that's what I thought, some kind for "forced" intervals.

I'm actually doing 2 to 3 hours. 1 hour outdoor on the bike and 1 to 2 hrs indoor on the trainer. I do less intensity on the trainer indoors. ~80% Maximum heart rate.
