Might be a SunTour grease gun fitting. Neat little tool that you can screw on a toothpaste-type grease tube too (say that three times, fast!).

I'm kinda excited about that. I currently either grease with a popsicle stick or a 10cc syringe with a large borrow blunt needle on the end.
