I think it's a very positive ADD.

It shows cyclists as responsible type of individuals who save their money and put it in the bank. They don't seem to like giving out loans for cars any more. A good bank knows that internal combustion engines need to go.

but I don't get their angle on why is the guy carrying a bike.

I am guessing that their ADD advisor thinks that carrying a bike is sexy.

So I think that they are experementing with their new ADD campaign:

SAVE MONEY AND LOOK SEXY

What completely eludes me is the writing on the right side of that building that goes, "GET THAT NEW BIKE SMELL"..Anyone**********
