Not a sign of wear, that's the way there supposed to operate.
I had the same issue with my 105 rear derailleur. Even after I lubed it. I finally completely removed it and cleaned and lubed before it stopped squeaking/squealing.
If you decide to take them apart and disassemble, remember they are not identical. One is a guide pulley and the other a tension.
