Just read the incident report from an accident back in October. 20 Y.O. wearing headphones was walking on the tracks of a busy main line when he was struck from behind, run over, and killed. Says his face was "distorted" from impact trauma. It was later determined that he on the phone with his mom when he was struck. She probably heard the horn. He obviously did not.

Here's an unusual one near Chattanooga this morning: a guy was killed at this intersection, but he was not in the truck when the train hit it. Details of his whereabouts not given.
