Panasonic dx-2000

http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb...448909641.html

$140
Appears to have all original parts.
Has Shimano shifters & derailleurs.
DiaCompe brakes and levers.
Tourney 52/42 Crank set,.
Araya rims with Super smooth Shimano Hubs, Uniglide 13-23t cassette(recently cleaned and greased) super clean spokes and tires.
Panasonic platform pedals.
Avocet touring saddle.
New shifter, brake cables, and bar tape.

So, I am interested in this rather tall bike. I've been reading a little and it seems like a Ok bike, but is it work $140? It looks clean and nice, except for that one dent. I still feel rather ignorant, so is there anything I should know about these bikes? I read a post in the archives that said it has tubular rims =/

I emailed the guy about some stuff like TT length, stem length, handle bar width, and rim size. I'm not sure I want it if it has 27" wheels, I don't want to bother setting it up with 700c wheels and then getting new calipers. Tubular rims might also be an issue.

What do you think of this thing?
