Sounds like a good deal to me, but then again I'm out here in the sticks and we don't exactly have an abundance of vintage bikes from which to choose. I just purchased an older Panasonic Sport in good condition for $120, which in a lot of markets would be way overpriced. Around here though it is probably about right.

One thing to note, the extremely large frame will reduce the number of people who would be interested in the bike. This might allow you to negotiate a bit as there will be fewer potential buyers with whom you will be competing.
