Thanks. Likely non-LTD. I don't recall seeing anything after the S12-S designation on top tube. Chainstays didn't appear chromed, although fork had chrome socks. Paint was a bit scratched, dark maroon colour with what appeared like gold lettering. Got it as part of a local trade, but sadly too large for me so never ended up chasing down the rest of the parts and build up.
If still interested, I can bring it down from the attic and take photos this weekend.
