Evan Lightner at The Bicycle Stand in Long Beach did a great job refinishing my '73 Super Course. Besides paint and decals, they did some frame repair and cosmetic clean-up at the top of the seat tube, added bottle cage mounts and cable guides that some demented previous rider had removed. I'm very happy with the result, and, but for a couple of inevitable rock chips from Eroica and other gravel rides, as well as 3000 miles on the road, it has held up very well. I did the chemical strip myself to get rid of badly done rattle can paint. Here's their link:
