I started a project last summer to commute on every through street in the rectangle defined by my house at one corner and my office at the opposite corner. It's about 3 km/8km.

At first glance it seems it's mostly a NS/EW grid, but there are ravines and rail lines and cul de sacs and diagonal and one-way streets all over the place, that make it very difficult to do it in a systematic way. I'm maybe 3/4 done. Tonight I was going to go a bit out of my usual way to finish off one remote sector so I can grey it out on my map, but it was cold and rainy, so I just took the most direct, easy way home
