Minor home improvement fiasco yesterday. The shower head in our standing shower is dripping slowly. It's loud enough to be a nuisance at night. I am pretty sure it needs a rubber O ring or equivalent replaced as it's about 8 years old and gets daily use.

I went to take it apart, and to get the handle off the faucet and expose the innards, you have to unscrew a 2.5mm allen bolt that is recessed deep inside the faucet handle.

I don't know if my 2.5mm allen key is rounded or the bolt is rounded, but suffice it to say I could not loosen the stupid thing and I don't have the fancy tools to extricate it.

I think we are going to have to call the handyman to help.
