The wheel is 700c, 9-speed Shimano, tubeless, quick-release, rim brakes, 24 spokes (do I need more?). On the side of the Giant wheel is "ETRTO-622x17".

What other information is needed?

I checked with my LBS and they aren't doing anything but selling bikes at the moment, so they can't help me.
If you just search "700c rear wheel rim brake" in your favorite search engine, you will find a ton of options. Look for a wheel that matches your dropout spacing and you should be fine. Assuming the bike uses 130mm spacing (based on 9-speed), something like this should work:

Good luck!
