Acetaminophen is one of the only medicines one can say is 100% safe if you follow the directions. Not so with the others you listed. Believe me.
Reading the instructions for most things are more important than many think. Especially meds. Having been the guy writing instructions for electrical machinery used in factories, I see how not reading them can be foolish, even dangerous, in some cases. Very annoying.
