Strength training yesterday preceded by a 15 minute recovery/warmup on the Stages bike then band walking, glute / ham work (bridges with kettle bell on stomach on the bosa ball). lat pulldowns, dumb bell presses on the bosa ball, incline presses on the bench, lateral raises, band work on the shoulders and traps, core work on the pulleys, stretch and roll. The other exercise I do is walking around with 50ish pounds of weight called the farmers carry. The goal is to work on posture and engage the stabilizing muscles in a more significant manner while walking.
