Spinervals using a Triple
Hello all,
I've really enjoyed using the Spinervals DVD set, but one problem I'm having is that I have a triple chain ring bike and the gearing they use is all for a double.
Can someone help me convert the DVD gearing to my gearing?
I have a 30/42/52T front, and a 12/26T rear cassette (12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 26)
The gears I'm most interested in are:
"Small Ring in front"- 15, 18
"Big Ring in front"- 12, 13, 15, 18, 21.
