I have never had this problem before. I am currently in Myrtle Beach on vacation and this happened to me twice now. It is quite painful. A quick google search brought me here. bikeforums.net is awesome! Unfortunately, the ride is over and I will just have to deal with it now
Maybe something with the heat and humidity that my body isn't used to?
The first questions a doctor will ask you: what has changed? If its friction induced, I'd just wear a form fitting breathable undershirt.
