I wouldn't worry about a month unless you ride in competitions. Assuming you don't sit in a hotel room all day and just eat, you should be okay.
While true you could take your bike, I'd think someone over there rents. Or just buy a cheap bike from what ever their cheapo discount store is there. Then give it away or trash it.
