I have a 2XU Windbreak 180 Cycling Jacket that works to shield the cold wind but breathes in the back so I do not overheat. I find this sufficient with a balaclava, thermal compression top and top/bottoms, wool socks and Gore thermal gloves to handle the low 30's we sometimes have.
