really the answer is "it depends"... different brands and models have different cuts (race, club, and loose or something like that)
the one I got from this thread a while back (and loving BTW... I'll def be buying from the company who made it) is a x4
El Grande - Big Man Sprint Cycling Jersey 2XL - 5XL goto the fit guide wherever you are looking... in this case it is supposed to fit "Fits Mens Chest (inches) 54 - 56"... it fits comfy on my 330ish# self... but i'm also 6'4... someone else 330# might not be the same size
in the past I've bought things from places with a good return policy... done that for tops and bottoms...
