Heading out to do a ride that includes a 19 mile climb. Haven't done anything like that in a while but since I stopped work I have been trying to regain some of my endurance. Had a fairly fast ride Wednesday with some people who were kind enough to slow up for me but had pain in my lower right leg that night.. I think it might be IT band syndrome.
