They do look similar. Mine did have the chrome rear triangle and fork but the chrome was beyond saving so I had them paint over it. It had just a drive side shifter so I had it changed to accept Campag on both sides. The fork is Accles & Pollock and is stamped with the same serial as the bb which is 95112 with a 7 under it. I think the serial number rules out Carlton, but I'll let some of our experts on British bikes weigh in. At least in the 1960s, Carlton stamped the serial numbers into the left dropout. I am told my Kxxxx denotes a 1962 build.
