I farking hate the paint jobs on it, and it's like over a grand more expensive than the Topstone. The Topstone frame is literally at the bike shop, in an acceptable color, as a bare frame to be built to spec. The Aspero would come with a bunch of junk I don't need or want, and then I'd have a nice fancy carbon gravel bike I don't want to get filthy. The Topstone is cheap alloy that I can put away wet, and the expensive/ nice bits (powermeter and wheels) can be repurposed if gravel doesn't click with me. Or it can be a rain bike.
And the geometry works, unlike most other gravel bikes.
