wtb Solid fork for trek 4300

I am new to this and would like to swap out my cheap factory suspension fork for a solid fork. The bike will see a lot of road use and maybe some off road from time to time to see how I take to things before I spend on a quality hybrid or MTB. Front stock is a Gila RST 100mm and a 26" wheel. Figured I would see what people might have collecting dust before I go trying to figure out how to decipher what I would have to buy from an online retailer. The bike has maybe 20 miles on it and has sat in a garage so it seems its worth toying with this one while I get used to things and learn how to tune it up etc.

Thanks much!
