Edit: You know what, I don’t even want a response. This is a happy thread and people are having a good time and you felt the need to crap on someone’s parade. I wish you the best and maybe reconsider your posting motivations.
I guess the tongue in cheek comment missed the mark. It was a two fold comment. It was in part a comment on how the old becomes the new again. It was also a play on how mechanical discs are generally met with a degree of scorn on these pages. That despite the fact that they work better than anyone "needs" brakes to work on a bike.
