A replacement 10 speed Campy Chorus derailleur replacement runs from $16 used to $40 new on your favorite auction site, so a replacement won't break the bank.

Front derailleurs have fewer limits on them than rear derailleurs, and a road front works just as well in friction as with integrated shifters. Since the shifter is what controls the cable pull, just about any similar speed derailleur will work given the same chain width, but I'd go for a direct replacement.

How'd you break the cage?
