I bought a Scott Addict 20 a month ago for $1,600.. carbon, 105, and disc brakes. The shop owner checked with the supplier for scratch specials. The scratch is on the other side of the crank, can't even see it with the crank on. He said it would have been $2,000 without it so still in your budget.
