My commute departure time varies from 4:30-4:50 a.m. each morning. I usually work the 7am-7pm shift, arrive to the hospital between 5:50-6:10, clean up and change, eat a quick breakfast in the cafeteria, and show up to my ward around 6:30-6:40. If I get a flat tire on the way in (which hasn't happened yet), I'll have to miss breakfast.
I hate rising so early, but I enjoy the cycling so much that it's worth it to me to get up that early.
