I don’t thing Rapha is trying to be divisive as an end corporate goal, they’re trying to differentiate themselves. It’s divisive only in the same way that Louis Vuitton, Armani, or any other high end clothing brand is divisive.
Or which bike you ride. Like, you show up at a group ride on a Trek, and someone says "ugh, too much Trek".
