1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
1984 TREK 610
2003 Jamis Quest (as of yesterday)

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Nothing age-related but I've been taking mega vitamins/supplements for 25 years

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
It's been noticable. Set my pr's at 40 - 41 and it's been a slow but steady decline since then.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Have biked since I was a child. Did fairly serious biking in late 30's when I developed a triathlon craze.
Since mid-40's it was more sporadic until this year when a calf injury forced me to curtail running.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
In "olden" days (triathlon training) regular training rides of between 25 - 80 miles.
Recently (return to cycling) 20 - 40 miles 3 - 4 times/week

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
As often as I can.
Annual milage depends on the severity of winter, my ability to withstand cold temps and injuries.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Run (injury permitting), swim, lift weights, stretching

Perhaps you might indicate your age on your reply??
60
