3R is the size code-
129mm long w/42 & 35mm offsets. (aka really long)

The "B" dimension in John's pic is 52mm.
Possibly the N3U will still be long enough for your cranks to clear the stays AND the FDER can move in a bit more.
Remember, you can swap ends.
You MUST keep to a "3" series. 5 or 7 or?? will not work. The "B" dimension is different.
