A seat post can just be swapped out for a new one (unless the Roubaix has an ISP, but I don't think that's the case), but the tube would be something requiring a new frame or a repair. Did they offer you any explanation as to what may have happened?
Tube, I believe. I will have to see it. This LBS guy is pretty expert and I trust him. I did not notice any structural damage and only a minor scratch here or there and I had just cleaned the bike a few weeks ago! I KNOW this had to have been a manufacturing glitch. No other explanation could be possible short of somebody breaking into my house and vandalizing it! Must be why they are sending me a new frame! I can't imaging their doing it if they thought I'd damaged it via accident etc. and was lying. The bike looks pristine! Now, what color?
