1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?

2004 Trek 1500 - no upgrades

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

No

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

I am sure I have, but I can't tell. Right now, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?

I just started biking in April 2004.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
I generally ride almost daily, varying from 17 - 35 miles.

I ride 20 miles almost every weekday morning. On weekends I do a 50-75 mile ride. I have ridden in 1 century (Civil War Century) and will be doing another this weekend (Seagull Century).

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

See above, I am at approx. 2700 miles now, don't know how much more riding I will do when the weather gets colder. Maybe I'll get to 3500.

I am 50.
