For the last couple of years, I've been on a diet where I eat no food with sugar or high fructose in it. I'm amazed at how much food at the grocery store contains high fructose corn syrup. But you can find some and it does help -- with a little cycling -- to keep the waistline somewhat reasonable. I haven't lost much weight, but my belt size has dropped quite a bit.
