Great that you can get back on the wagon after a little time off.

Depending on what food I backslide on, the effect can be immediate. Like if I eat ice cream or a cupcake, the sugar effect is so immediate, it feels unpleasant...

Other slips are more subtle.. and only show up later when you look in the mirror
