nothing cheap and easily available will come narrower than 32... I guess the closest thing "on the shelf" is the Lann bars from Aerocoach that come in 30 (at the top) that flare out to 34. Narrower than that you're looking at custom or bleeding edge for Tokyo
Real talk, you could probably buy a set of 34cm chromoly Nittos, have them professionally bent to 30cm, sandblasted, and re-chromed for less than $500 total. Maybe closer to $300.
Also, they aren’t that heavy but stiff as hell.
