A 100W solar panel in direct full sun will needs 4.8 hours to charge the battery from near zero IF it was 100% efficient; but actually it will take longer because the electronics between the solar panel and the battery are not 100% efficient; you'll be lucky to get 80% overall efficiency in the electronics and cabling.
